clarice would like a word. accepts submissions year round, with due dates announced periodically for upcoming production slates as funding and crewing allows. As we are a not-for-profit, take into consideration your script's location(s), scope and length as the feasibility of projects will be assessed in the selection process.

UPCOMING PRODUCTION SLATE DEADLINE: SATURDAY MAY 25 2024
Submit the requested materials by the above date to be considered for our upcoming production slate.
Writers will be contacted in July on the outcome of their submission for this production cycle. The selected writers will receive support from our network of script/story editors and one-on-one writing feedback sessions with screenwriter Michael Koehler in developing their screenplay into a shooting script.
Please note: This program is for those interested in developing their script and abilities as a screenwriter, which involves the creation of a screenplay that another creative can direct into a completed short film. As part of selection, you will be forfeiting your ability to direct or produce this script, and will be credited only as the writer of the work.
